The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Opportunity Partners will see people and their possibilities first by expanding community-based services, creating access to new opportunities, and connecting people with technology for skills and independence. By August 1, 2028, all OP employment will provide wages at or above minimum wage to ensure full inclusion.
Goal Two: Opportunity Partners will strengthen organizational sustainability by making internal processes more efficient and cost-effective, pursuing diverse funding sources, and transforming business services to grow revenue that directly supports our programs and mission.
Goal Three: Opportunity Partners will expand community-based services in employment, enrichment, and independent living to create inclusion. We will address waiting lists, reach underserved communities, strengthen partnerships, foster innovation, explore new staffing models, and use technology to increase impact, in our shared commitment to continually improve the culture and services at OP.
