Mission

YouthLink's mission is to support and empower young people on their journeys to self-reliance. We provide resources and support to youth ages 16-24 experiencing and at risk of homelessness.

Vision

Our vision is a community in which all youth, without regard to their living situation, have an equal opportunity to pursue their goals and dreams, and an equal likelihood of achieving them.

Goals

1.Enhancing our programs and services, while preserving a culture of excellence.
2.Improve YouthLink's financial position and performance through increasing revenue streams and establishing formal reserve fund.
3.Actively preparing for the future through relationship-building with individual donors, corporate, and private partnerships, while continuing to actively engage with community stakeholders and partners.
