Create a North American landscape of quality habitat supporting wild, sustainable populations of upland game birds and other wildlife that are accessible to generations of hunters and conservationists.

Goals

1. 1.INCREASE AND IMPROVE WILDLIFE HABITAT ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDS AND EXPAND PUBLIC ACCESS: 1. Permanently protect priority upland habitat 2. Restore and enhance upland habitat on public and private lands 3. Provide technical assistance on public and private lands 4. Acquire land for permanent public access 5. Increase access to private land 6. Maximize recreational access to public lands
2. 2.ADVANCE CONSERVATION POLICIES AND PROGRAM FUNDING- 1. Secure federal funding and policy tools that enable achievement of PF & QF’s strategic conservation and access goals 2. Secure state funding and policy tools that enable achievement of PF & QF’s strategic conservation and access goals 3. Increase the number and influence of PF & QF advocates working to advance the organization’s advocacy goals
3. 3.EXPAND, EDUCATE, AND ENGAGE THE UPLAND CONSERVATION COMMUNITY - 1. Expand and diversify the upland conservation community 2. Educate the conservation community on the role the grassland landscape provides to wildlife 3. Grow engagement of the upland community
