The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Quality & Efficiency: programs, processes across organization
We’re streamlining processes and systems to boost accuracy, save time, and improve outcomes across all departments. This includes upgraded intake procedures, staff training plans, workflow tools, and automated systems to enhance program delivery, tracking, and internal coordination.
Goal Two: Growth: programs, career growth, awareness & funding
We're expanding services, staff, and community reach to support more individuals. Strategic hiring, program development, day trips, and transportation initiatives—alongside donor and volunteer growth—will ensure we scale effectively and equitably while prioritizing career development and sustainability.
Goal Three: Fostering alliances with others through collaboration/communication
We’re building strong internal and external alliances through partnerships, outreach, and community engagement. By fostering cross-department collaboration and growing our presence with cities, counties, and universities, we’re enhancing impact and creating more access points for support.
