TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO PROGRAMS IN THE RAMSEY COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC AREA THAT BENEFIT THE LEGAL PROFESSION, IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF JUSTICE, AND WOULD OTHERWISE ATTRACT THE INTEREST AND SUPPORT OF RAMSEY COUNTY LAWYERS.
