Goals

1. 1.ABDA educates both patients and healthcare providers through comprehensive resources, webinars, conferences, and campaigns. For patients, the ABDA offers educational materials, advocacy initiatives, and peer connections to empower them in managing Behçet’s disease. Healthcare providers benefit from medical education programs, research updates, and clinical guidelines for diagnosis and treatment.
2. 2.Over the past year, the ABDA has expanded educational programs, strengthened advocacy efforts, and enhanced patient support services. We’ve invested in research initiatives, increased provider outreach, and grown our community resources to better serve those affected by Behçet’s disease. By fostering partnerships and innovation, we continue to drive progress toward improved care and awareness.
3. 3.The ABDA has been focused on growing and maturing the organization with new leadership, a diverse board with very specific ABDA mission focused expertise, and new volunteers to strengthen the organization.
