Expand digital advocacy: Utilize social media platforms to share impact stories and volunteer spotlights.
2. 2.To successfully invest in the capacity of Hospice of Murray County, we must focus on building a resilient foundation that handles increased patient volume while maintaining compliance. The primary goal of this investment is to secure long-term financial sustainability, modernize operational infrastructure, and maximize clinical delivery across rural communities.
3. 3.Primary goal is to expand clinical reach across our 40-mile service radius and maximize utilization of "Our House" residential facility. Need to deploy localized "Right to Choose" marketing: Execute a public awareness campaign reminding families that as an independent, non-profit provider, patients have the explicit right to choose Hospice of Murray County over large corporate health systems.
