Goals

1.Strengthening a Connected and Supported Team - Foster collaboration through cross-departmental activities, ongoing communication, external partnerships with other Child Advocacy Centers, broadened hiring practices, cross-training programs, mentoring initiatives, and comprehensive staff emotional support.
2.Cultivating Relationships to Build Sustainable Funding - Develop systematic donor cultivation plans, secure dedicated government funding through professional lobbying and/or policy advocacy, partner with local CACs for joint funding opportunities, and engage volunteers in fundraising efforts.
3.Fostering Understanding to Enhance Brand and Reduce Stigma - Increase community awareness through innovative communication approaches, expand professional networks, present at educational institutions, conduct feedback surveys, and develop new platforms for discussing child abuse prevention and services.
