Vision

MIWC exists to glorify God by serving people through music, education, discipleship, and compassionate action. As a Christian ministry, our goals guide every program, partnership, and initiative we undertake around the world.

Goals

1. 1.Deepen Global Partnerships and Leadership Development--Continue to empower national boards and partner organizations to assume greater ownership of local programming. Expand mentorship and leadership pipelines to sustain and multiply field capacity.
2. 2.Strengthen organizational capacity and leadership bandwidth by expanding U.S. team hours to support full-time executive leadership and stronger administrative support. Redesign structures to distribute leadership responsibilities, prevent burnout, and ensure stability. Grow donor relations, grants, and church partnerships while building financial reserves. Add Communications Strategist to team.
3. 3.Deepen global partnerships and leadership development by empowering national boards and partner organizations to lead local programs. Expand mentorship and leadership pipelines to multiply field capacity, and integrate humanitarian assistance in response to urgent needs in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
