TO PROVIDE PROMOTION, TECHNICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANTS TO NON-PROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATIONS, COMMUNITY GROUPS, SCHOOLS AND INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS. THE NINE COUNTIES IN MINNESOTA SERVED ARE BLUE EARTH, BROWN, FARIBAULT, LESUEUR, MARTIN, NICOLLET, SIBLEY, WASECA AND WATONWAN.
