    Project Success motivates and inspires young people to dream about the future, helps them take steps to get there, and gives them the tools they need to achieve their goals. Since 1994, Project Success has been connecting students to their purpose through a proven methodology of experiential learning called DIG (Dream. Ignite. Grow.) Our DIG methodology inspires meaningful engagement from students that increases academic performance and sets the stage for their future through Workshops, Arts, Expeditions, and Institute programs. Project Success currently works with more than 16,000 6th-12th grade students and their families in the Minneapolis and Mankato public school districts.
