The Minnesota Wisconsin Collie Rescue's mission is to provide quality shelter and care for surrendered, unwanted, neglected, and/or abused Collies until proper permanent homes can be found; to advise and educate potential and current Collie owners about breed characteristics, care, health issues, training and behavior; to advocate responsible Collie breeding practices; and to promote spaying and neutering of all pets.
