For churches, Christian organizations, and families to be places of safety and health and for abuse survivors to experience healing and redemption

Goals

1. 1.Create well-informed (Scripture & social science) resources which provide broad abuse education by: Submit rigorously researched manuscript of Poison or Medicine: The Use or Misuse of Scripture to Harm or Heal Abuse Survivors to Zondervan. Establish Healing Centers that are trauma-informed & trained as MTS program providers. Overhaul the website in response to changing cultural needs.
2. 2.Create high quality, best practice curricula which offer specific trauma healing pathways by: Complete contextualization & translation of CVC Curriculum in 4 languages. Gather & direct research team to track & organize efficacy metrics for CVC & BHW models. Publish first Native Christian recovery curriculum & support the launch with IBC. Create a BHW Cantata that captures the complete MTS model.
3. 3.Build stable financial resources which will allow us to carry out our vision for years to come: Utilize MIF training with staff & board to tighten fund-raising strategies. Write & submit 4+ grant proposals & secure $111,000+ in grants. Give 8+ formal presentations to raise funds for phase 1 of Shalom Sanctuary. Oversee & direct 1 large annual in-person fundraising event and 3+ small gatherings.
