Goals

1. 1.Increase access to free, rapid HIV testing across Maricopa County by expanding mobile testing, community-based events, and partnerships with local organizations, ensuring timely, culturally responsive testing and linkage to care for people most impacted by HIV.
2. 2.Advance policies and systems that support HIV prevention, care, and health equity by educating decision-makers, mobilizing community voices, and advocating for sustained funding, stigma reduction, and equitable access to services for people impacted by HIV.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational and community capacity to respond to HIV by investing in staff development, data systems, partnerships, and infrastructure that improve program effectiveness, sustainability, and the ability to meet evolving community needs.
