Mission

WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES. WE BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE THE MOST INSIGHT INTO THEIR PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE. OUR ROLE IS TO PARTNER WITH THEM IN CREATING EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS WITH RESPECT and UNDERSTANDING. IT'S our MISSION to support successful lives to build strong communities.

A safe, healthy and successful community.

Goals

1.Services will be aligned to Family Resources mission and vision as measured by assessment tool. An assessment tool will be developed to review and assess potential new services. A process will be developed to review and assess current services annually using the assessment tool.
2.Current services will be reported as 85% successful. 90% of clients will complete monthly surveys 85% of clients surveyed will report positive outcomes.
3.We are part of a group of non-profits working towards a goal of having a shared-space hub. serving our community. A collaborative space will be secured. Partners for the shared space will be identified. An agreed upon business structure will be in place and documented and signed by all partners. A location will be identified. A capitol campaign will be in place.
