At Trivium Life Services, our mission is simple: Creating Hope. Empowering Lives. Inspiring Communities. With a 50-year history of empowering individuals in the Midwest with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness, and brain injuries, Trivium helps clients move toward independence through residential and day habilitation services. We also offer a wide range of behavioral health services across Idaho and New England.
