TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND SERVICES FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS IN AN EFFORT TO TEACH DAILY LIVING SKILLS. THE SERVICE IS COMMUNITY BAESD, EMPHASIZING INDEPENDENCE IN LIVING AS A GOAL. THIS SERVICE MEETS ALL STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.
