1.Double the Homebuyers: Respond to rapidly rising housing costs by increasing GDM Habitat's capacity to build, renovate, and sell homes with affordable mortgages to qualifying Central Iowa households.
2.Deepen neighborhood revitalization and increase repairs as a catalyst for community transformation: Grow investment through comprehensive repairs to support low-income homeownership.
3.Increase access to credit: Ensure that GDM Habitat lending products provide pathways for more qualifying Central Iowans to achieve homeownership with affordable mortgages.
