1.Strengthening the Organization - Increasing impact, quality, and reach requires strong leadership, capacity, and capability at every Club.
2.Strengthening the Movement - Engaging in advocacy to build awareness and understanding of the importance of out-of-school time and youth development as economic, moral, and national imperatives.
3.Program Quality - Providing Club members with a high-quality Club Experience that is safe and fun, leads to a sense of belonging, and develops the skills needed to achieve success today and tomorrow.
