Mission

The mission of Young at Heart Resources is to promote systems that maintain and enhance the qualify of life for older adults in the home environment of their choice. Young at Heart Resources, Inc. provides supportive services to older adults and eligible individuals, including nutrition, transportation, caregiver support, information and assistance, and other community-based aging services designed to promote independence and well-being.
