Goals

1. 1.Develop financially viable Employment and Day Hab services by December 2026. Ensure all three PALS locations have a fully implemented Community Access program in which 90% of individuals participate in community activities 2 times a week by October 2025. Further develop and implement an employment program that offers 50% of participants diverse employment opportunities by December 2025.
2. 2.Increase school capacity to 75 students by using pullout programs by September 2024. September 2025, develop and test innovative strategies to recruit certified teachers and qualified paraprofessionals using staff input and achieving at least a 90% position fill rate. Provide a parental education program to support caregivers of children with developmental disabilities by September 2025.
3. 3.By May 2024, assess ISL structure and make adjustments, if needed, to optimize effective staffing, support, and supervision 70% of our Direct Support Professionals have 12 months or more of tenure. Commit all received capital campaign funds on new housing by December 2026. Achieve 95% of residential census capacity by June 2026 and maintain at 95% thereafter.
