Technical Assistance - Provide counseling and information of home ownership, financing, contractors, government programs, etc. and other services related to housing. Neighborhood Marketing And Rent Referral - Maintain a list of properties for sale and rent in the area; marketing neighborhood through brochures, advertising special events, workshops, etc. Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC promotes and improves quality of life by attracting public and private investment and providing real estate and other community services.
