Vision

Throughout mid-Missouri, Welcome Home works to honor Veterans and restore lives, with a vision is to end Veteran homelessness for good.

Goals

1. 1.Provide accredited, comprehensive wrap-around services to homeless and at-risk Veterans and their families including: transitional shelter, permanent/rapid re-housing, temporary financial assistance, employment, food security, transportation, individualized case management, connection to collaborating partners for mental, physical, and VA eligible benefits, and access to a greater quality of life.
2. 2.Affordable housing development and strategies to help more Veterans rapidly secure and sustain permanent housing. On average, 90%+ of Veterans will obtain permanent housing within 30 days of enrolling in Welcome Home's Permanent Housing Program.
3. 3.Decrease homelessness among Veterans and their families through enhanced, accredited programs and wrap-around supportive services. Serve more than 400 Veterans and family members annually through Welcome Home programs and services to successfully reduce Veteran homelessness by 10%+ in Missouri by the end of 2026.
