For people to think of Beacon Mental Health FIRST for all aspects of behavioral health well-being.

Goals

1.Complete Recruitment/ Retention Plan and execute action steps.
2.Create a welcoming, safe environment with a culturally aware workforce and provide DEI education.
3.Expand the understanding of Beacon Mental Health in the community, to educate what we ‘do and don’t’ do and create and develop community partnerships.
