The mission of the VFW Foundation is to serve military veterans, service members and their families by securing resources for programs that facilitate enhanced life outcomes. -- Now and for Generations to Come.

The vision of the VFW Foundation is to create a positive impact on America's veterans, service members and their families by addressing their unique needs.

Goals

1.INCREASE DONOR REVENUE especially for our National Veterans Service (NVS) program. VFW NVS through its 2,300+ accredited reps provide veterans free, expert help navigating the VA system to secure the benefits they have earned.
2.IMPROVE OUR MAJOR DONOR OUTREACH. VFW Foundation is engaged in various methods of fundraising. Recently, we have accelerated our Major and Planned Giving activities to enhance revenue growth. We have also been utilizing various forms of social media to improve donor engagement.
3.UPGRADE OUR TECHNOLOGY, STAFF & MARKETING. Thanks to a recent major grant, we are exploring transformative ways to expand our impact and better serve veterans.
