Vision

In gratitude for the great love that Jesus Christ gives us, we decide to unite ourselves as a community to care for Honduran children in need and to promote a flourishing society of faithful Christians.

Goals

1. 1.Work with FIDENI Board and Honduran Program Director to envision and begin implementing improved family strengthening initiatives within the context of Catholic teaching, including social and emotional support and counseling
2. 2.Collaborate with FIDENI Board to plan and implement improvements for financial sustainability and management
3. 3.Operational Goals: Improve Staff Retention (most especially among house staff and clinical team staff) Complete study of current and former employees to explore ways to improve staff retention Vehicles and Infrastructure Obtain functional vehicle fleet Execute some deferred maintenance projects
