Our role as the hub for collaboration and go-to organization for addressing community issues uniquely positions us to work together with partners to solve problems and transform the quality of life in the communities we serve.
2.Grow and sustain a diversified funding base to advance our mission. A diversified funding base is needed to help us sustain the critical work we do to meet the growing needs of the children, families and communities we serve. As the go-to organization for addressing emerging issues, we must be ready and able to respond when the community requests our help.
3.Build equity, diversity and inclusion within our organization and advance these principles in our communities. Research shows that a more diverse staff and board can foster enhanced innovation, helping meet the organization’s mission and solve problems in more inclusive and innovative ways.
