Goals

1. 1.Strengthen organizational sustainability by investing in staff development, retention, technology, and financial resilience to support high-quality, person-centered care. Building internal capacity will enable The Next Door Recovery to meet growing community needs while ensuring long-term impact and operational excellence.
2. 2.Develop and enhance programs that address emerging needs related to Tennessee's opioid crisis, including expanded services for pregnant and parenting women, family reunification support, and reentry services. These efforts will help women overcome barriers to recovery, strengthen families, and build healthy, independent lives.
3. 3.Expand access to The Next Door Recovery's full continuum of evidence-based treatment services, including detox, residential, outpatient, recovery care, and specialized care for pregnant women, ensuring more women across Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga can access timely, trauma-informed support for lifelong recovery.
