THE OUTDOOR EXTRAVAGANZA WAS CREATED BY THE MALTA-MCCONNELSVILLE KIWANIS AND TWIN CITY JAYCEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS TO HELP SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF MORGAN COUNTY. IN ADDITION, THE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT LOCAL PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE LESS FORTUNATE.
