Vision

Camp Casey envisions a way for every family affected by childhood disease to experience the joy of horses. Our organization seeks to empower families and volunteers by providing safe, cost-free programs that promote building bonds within families, communities, and those going through similar circumstances.

Goals

1. 1.Serve the entire family, including the sick child, their siblings, and extended family members and loved ones: Camp Casey’s programs provide all family members with a chance to feel valued, important, and integral to Camp Casey’s interactive experience.
2. 2.Provide connection and recreation: Families of children with cancer and similar life-threatening illnesses spend countless days in waiting rooms and nights in hospital beds, and they rarely have the opportunity to have fun and “just be a kid”. Because Camp Casey’s programs are scheduled with families individually, their experience can be tailored to their treatment schedule and preferences.
