Mission

The Electronic Discovery Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to resolving electronic discovery challenges by conducting studies of litigation processes that incorporate modern technologies and educating attorneys, judges, and IT and information governance professionals. The explosion in volume of electronically storyed information and the complexity of its discovery overwhelms the litigation process and the justice system.
