Children International connects people around the world in the fight to end poverty. Working together, we empower children and youth and invest in the supportive environments they need to thrive, so they can forge a path out of poverty.

Goals

1.Invest for Growth Invest for Growth focuses on developing new abilities as an organization so that beyond 2025 we can grow in an effective and efficient manner.
2.Youth Employability & Graduate Programs Our goal is that each agency achieves a 95% completion rate for their planned employability programs.
3.Connecting with Families Our goal is to ensure 95% of families meet with a CI staff person twice a year. Families can meet virtually, in-person, during a group meeting or individually.
