The mission of Thrive Scholars is to help high-achieving, under-resourced students from economically disadvantaged communities get into and graduate from top colleges equipped to achieve their full career potential.

Goals

1.Thrive Scholars will increase the number of high-achieving, under-resourced students it serves from 1440 in 2024-25 to 3,500 in 2029-30, across all 3 program pillars: College Access, 87% of our students attend top 100 schools; College Success, 81% of Scholars persist in STEM fields, and 90% graduate in 4 years; Career Development, our Scholars experience life-changing economic mobility.
2.To achieve the envisioned impact of tripling the number of students served, Thrive Scholars must increase the number of personnel, invest in technology, and review internal processes to ensure that the organization maximizes efficiency and financial sustainability.
