Rather than a vision - we define EntreNous' purpose as: To offer an integrated, human development approach to high-quality workforce and leadership development programs, education, resources, and services. Through the creation of an inclusive, equitable, and nurturing environment, we provide culturally relevant and rigorous instruction. The goal is to improve financial sustainability for youth and families in economically-distressed communities.

Goals

1. 1.EntreNous Community Empowerment is expanding access to our proven programs—including Compton YouthBuild, Constructing Success, Impactful Bites, Project HEARTS, and CSI:STOP. By strengthening infrastructure and deepening community partnerships, we ensure more participants receive the holistic, wrap-around support needed to break intergenerational cycles of poverty and build self-sustaining futures.
2. 2.EntreNous Community Empowerment is strengthening our internal capacity across finance, operations, management, and technology. By investing in robust administrative systems, technical infrastructure, and zero-finding compliance standards, we ensure long-term organizational sustainability and amplify the high-impact, holistic support provided to the communities we serve.
3. 3.To address evolving needs across our community, EntreNous Community Empowerment is launching responsive, high-impact programs. By grounding new initiatives in real-time constituent feedback and observed systemic shifts, we continuously adapt our holistic, trauma-informed model—equipping individuals and families with relevant, forward-looking tools to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
