Little Buddies Adoption and Humane Society

Mission

At Little Buddies, we focus on three core pillars: promoting the adoption of homeless animals and responsible pet care; educating our community about the humane treatment of abandoned and abused animals; and providing funding for essential veterinary care and vital spaying and neutering initiatives.

Vision

To provide a safe haven for animals, offering essential veterinary care, spaying/neutering, and a nurturing foster environment. Our dedication is to rescue, care for, and rehome homeless, abused, and neglected animals.

Goals

1.Secure cost-effective resources like discounted medical services and supplies. Raise awareness and support for our mission of animal welfare, fostering a sense of shared responsibility.
2.Create a strong financial foundation by diversifying funding sources. Prioritize effective budgeting and financial planning for optimal resource allocation and long-term sustainability.
3.Plan for long-term stability and future leadership changes. We'll streamline processes, automate tasks, increase knowledge transfer with clear succession protocols and transition plans.
