Mission

EMPOWHER INSTITUTE'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER GIRLS FROM MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP AND BECOME CONFIDENT, COLLEGE AND CAREER READY.

Vision

We envision a world where every girl is provided the opportunities and resources to: Embrace the power of her voice; make informed decisions about her body and her future; break cycles of generational poverty; and, contribute to the creation of an equitable society.

Goals

1.In 2020, we introduced an aggressive six-year growth and expansion plan responding to the growing demand for the resources we provide to the communities we serve.
2.Our future plans over the next three years include securing reserves and launching EmpowHer programming statewide and then nationally.
3.We are seeking general operating funds to support immediate cash flow as well as build long-term cash reserves to ensure organizational sustainability.
