Target Evolution Inc. is a Texas-based 501(c)3 nonprofit and social impact retail real-estate developer established in 2011 that provides turnkey economic development solutions. We’re the #1 Youth Entrepreneurship & Small Business Incubator, bridging the gap between education and commerce. We have a unique ecosystem of evidence-based & tech-enabled products and programs for youth called "Teen Biz". We've also engineered a new asset class of retail business incubators, called Vertical Community Retail Incubators (VCRI), that provide data & metrics to help shape policy initiatives around the future of work and small business globally for the next generation in the era of AI.​​​​​
