Mission

With a presence in 68 counties in North and South Carolina, Veterans Bridge Home connects veterans and their families to their community. Through our network of providers, we help military families navigate the service landscape, find employment, create social capital, and settle their families. We take a holistic approach and connect Veterans to the right services needed to be successful, helping them achieve their unique goals and become thriving leaders in our community. VBH serves in three main ways: making rapid/accurate connections to community human service programs/organizations; working with veterans looking for career changes and with companies that want to hire them; and creating community engagement activities to help them build social capital within their community.

3.Advocate for the rights and interests of veterans and their families by o Establishing VBH as a key advocate for veterans and families by conducting 12 public awareness campaigns, delivering six government testimonies, and informing policymakers to enhance veterans' rights and wellbeing.
