Nashville Rescue Mission gives life transformational hope to everyone who walks through our doors. It’s why we say, “Hope Lives Here!”

Goals

1.NRM aims to be the “Provider of Choice” for those experiencing homelessness in Nashville. A 2025 capacity study identified three guest groups—high-functioning, medically fragile, and severe mental illness—guiding tailored care. NRM is partnering with local agencies and launching quarterly guest surveys to improve services and outcomes.
2.NRM’s second strategy is to be an “Employer of Choice,” fostering a culture that drives engagement, retention, and excellence. Efforts include improving engagement scores, staff feedback sessions, a dedicated committee, compensation reviews, a new Training Academy, and stronger succession planning to support a motivated, service-driven team.
3.NRM’s third strategy is to be a “Charity of Choice,” growing support from individuals, companies, and foundations. With a projected $15–16M budget in five years, NRM is strengthening fundraising through mid- and major gifts, digital and recurring giving, and planned giving initiatives.
