OUR APPROACH IS GROUNDED IN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING, A MODEL WHERE STUDENTS LEARN BY DOING. THROUGH HANDS-ON PROJECTS, REAL-WORLD PROBLEM SOLVING, AND STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEACHERS AND PEERS, LAUNCH STUDENTS DEVELOP BOTH THE SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE TO LEAD.
