The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Jewish Family Services of WNC’s new Senior Care Management program offers personalized support to older adults and their families. Through assessments, care planning, and coordination of services, our team helps seniors access the resources they need to age safely and independently—while providing guidance and peace of mind to caregivers.
Goal Two: Our goal is to expand all JFS programs—including Senior Care Management, mental health counseling, Faye’s Place Elder Club, food pantry, and emergency financial assistance—to meet growing community needs, increase accessibility, and ensure individuals and families across WNC receive compassionate, life-enhancing support.
Goal Three: Our goal is to expand the capacity of JFS by strengthening our financial systems, enhancing management infrastructure, and investing in technology, ensuring long-term sustainability, improved service delivery, and the ability to effectively meet the growing needs of our community.
