Vision

Our vision is one of united communities where hidden potential is cultivated and positive change occurs through the power of soccer.

Goals

1. 1.Expand the iAM Project (high school program that consists of inspiration, aspiration, and mentorship) from one high school to three through inspirational speakers. These speakers support a growth mindset and hope to inspire students to see beyond their current environment and situations to see unthought of opportunities.
2. 2.Expand our Chester Union soccer program, increasing access to soccer by launching a new high school girls' team and developing teams for two age groups. Teams will participate in tournaments and/or high school leagues, and all players will receive no cost training and equiptment.
3. 3.Expand our HeadFirst mental health and fitness program by introducing a Mental Fitness Certificate and specialized training for coaches. This initiative will equip coaches with the tools to support athletes’ mental well-being while promoting resilience, focus, and emotional strength.
