Agora University Inc.

Mission

Agora University is a pioneering global Orthodox Christian academic community delivering high-quality, accessible distance education that addresses contemporary challenges. We form students from all faiths and backgrounds into whole persons and impactful leaders through open dialogue and rigorous, innovative scholarship across diverse disciplines, while preserving the particularity of our tradition.

Vision

Goals

1.Expand Agora’s academic portfolio beyond theology and business in response to demand from the communities we serve, adding accredited undergraduate and professional pathways in integrative studies, education, computer technology and pre-law through the College of Professional Studies, so bi-cultural and working learners can earn the credentials their families, communities, and workplaces need.
2.Widen access to Agora's existing online degrees by growing enrollment and scholarship capacity, so qualified learners — including working professionals and students in underserved contexts — can study without relocating or leaving work or family responsibilities.
3.Strengthen institutional capacity by diversifying revenue beyond tuition and single-source donations, building an endowment, recruiting and developing qualified faculty and staff, and maintaining integrated technology across student, learning and financial systems, so academic quality and mission continuity remain sustainable long term.
