TO CONTRIBUTE TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE SPORT OF AMATEUR RUGBY FOOTBALL, AND THROUGH THE LIONS FOR HOPE SPORTS COMPLEX, PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO GATHERAND GIVE THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD THEIR SOCIALCAPITAL.
