The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Mighty Oaks Foundation has a long waiting list of veterans and first responders who are waiting to enroll into our Program. Mighty Oaks enrolls over 1,000 men and women each year but more Programs space is needed to meet the demand of our veterans and first responders who are struggling with suicide, Post Traumatic Stredd Disorder (PTSD), combat trauma, divorce, and more.
Goal Two: It never costs our veterans or first responders anything to attend our Program. It costs Mighty Oaks $3,500 per veteran and approximately 1,000 veterans are enrolled each year. Mighty Oaks pays for all airfare, transportation, meals, lodging, 6-day Program, Aftercare Program, Aftercare Outpost and support teams, materials, graduation, books and Bibles, church placement, recreation, and more.
Goal Three: Mighty Oaks conducts 43 Programs per year, but needs to add 51 more Programs to remove the waiting list of 1,257 veterans and first responders who desperately need help. Mighty Oaks utilizes 5 ranches across the country where Programs are conducted. Expansion and fundraising to achieve the mission are two of Mighty Oaks Foundation's priorities.
