Providing access to needed care for those who would otherwise not seek healthcare due to cost constr

Goals

1.Partner with community organizations to connect healthcare to food insecurity. Total care includes healthcare AND good nutrition.
2.Expanded Behavior Health services to the uninsured population.
3.Provide healthcare to the homeless, specifically the unsheltered, of our County through our clinic and provision of "street medicine".
