Mission

Adventure Scientists ensures the availability of critical field data that accelerates conservation solutions. We achieve our mission by engaging and training outdoor enthusiasts and local communities to collect high-quality scientific data that are difficult to access, require too large a scale, or are too costly to obtain with traditional methods.

Adventure Scientists envisions a world in which people live in balance with nature.

Goals

1.Be the most efficient provider of hard-to-obtain environmental data that would otherwise be unavailable for conservation.
2.Grow a network of informed volunteers who have a deep commitment to and engagement in conservation and sustainability after participating in our projects.
3.Serve as a connection between conservation leaders/researchers and outdoor enthusiasts/local community members, while centering our work on equity, inclusion and justice.
