Goals

1. 1.More youth with a CASA volunteer. A strategic and community targeted recruiting approach that will optimize our message regarding the critical role of CASA volunteers and compel more community members to become Child Advocates.
2. 2.Support new and tenured CASA volunteers through an 'individual' child approach. Provide experiences and resources to enhance the CASA volunteer experience. The child enrichment program helps youth feel seen as valued and help them to open up and trust their CASA volunteer.
3. 3.Continue growth in the highly attended and respected CASA volunteer education program. Supplement with additional outlets (podcast, etc.) topics for new and seasoned volunteers. Host trainers that are experts in the fields of trauma, child welfare, etc.
