THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING HIGH QUALITY INNOVATING INSTRUCTION AND TO REWARD ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT IN CHARTIERS VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT THROUGH DIRECT PROGRAMS AND EXPENSES, MINI-GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS, ENDOWMENTS, AND PARTNERSHIPS IN RECOGNITION OF OUTSTANDING TEACHING AND LEARNING.
