Goals

1. 1.Increase the number of individuals served annually by enhancing outreach, partnerships, and logistical capacity across all 50 states. Identify underserved regions and create targeted outreach initiatives Strengthen partnerships with hospitals, prosthetic providers, and rehabilitation centers Secure funding to cover travel and treatment for an additional 50 recipients annually by 2026
2. 2.Build a more comprehensive experience for recipients beyond the prosthetic itself, including peer support, mentorship, and adaptive sports opportunities. Launch a formalized peer ambassador program and virtual support network Expand the para-athlete team’s visibility and community engagement Create educational resources and toolkits for recipients and their families
3. 3.Elevate the 50 Legs brand and increase year-over-year fundraising through major events, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Expand participation in major marathons and branded fundraising events Develop a corporate partner program and donor stewardship plan Strengthen media, influencer, and social engagement to grow your national profile
